भारत सरकार ने कैश डिपॉजिट पर एक नया नियम बनाया है इस नियम के अनुसार अगर आपको 20 लाख रुपया या उससे अधिक बैंक में डिपॉजिट करने पर या पोस्ट ऑफिस में डिपॉजिट करने के लिए पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड को जरुरी कर दिया गया है अगर आप ऐसा नहीं करते हैं तो आपके ऊपर एक भारी जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है
भारतीय सरकार ने अवैध नगदी के लेनदेन के मिलते हुए अधिक मामलों के कारण एक नया कदम उठाया है जिसके अधिक मात्रा में बैंक से पैसे निकालने पर या जमा करने पर नकेल लग सकती है केंद्र सरकार ने आरबीआई को निर्देश दिया है कि किसी भी बैंक खाते से एक सीमा से अधिक पैसे के डिपॉजिट या निकालने पर पाबंदी लगा दी है
अगर आपको एक सीमा से अधिक पैसे निकालना या डिपाजिट करना है तो आपके लिए पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड जरुरी कर दिया गया है अगर आप पैन कार्ड आधार कार्ड सबमिट नहीं करते हो तो आप एक निश्चित राशि से अधिक अपने बैंक खाते से पैसे निकाल भी नहीं सकते हैं डिपाजिट भी नहीं कर पाएंगे
इतना ही नहीं अगर आप एक निर्धारित राशि के ऊपर अधिक लेनदेन करते हुए बैंक में पाए गए तो आपके ऊपर एक भारी-भरकम जुर्माना भी लगाया जा सकता है तो इसी के लिए आप आज ही अपने आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड को बैंक में जमा कर सकते हैं

आरबीआई के नए नियम के अनुसार अगर कोई भी व्यक्ति एक वित्तीय वर्ष में ₹20 लाख से अधिक लेन-देन या निकालने पर आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड जरुरी कर दिया है 10 मई 2022 को केंद्र सरकार ने एक आरबीआई को अधिसूचना के इस नियम को लागू कर दिया है नए नियम के अनुसार अगर कोई व्यक्ति अपने बैंक खाते से ₹2000000 या उससे अधिक की राशि जमा करता है तो उसे पैन कार्ड आधार कार्ड भी जमा करना जरूरी कर दिया गया है
किसी भी तरह की बैंकिंग कंपनी सरकारी बैंक व डाकघर में आपको एक से अधिक खाते के लिए पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड देना अनिवार्य हो गया है
जिसके पास पैन कार्ड नहीं है वह कैसे लेनदेन करेगा
अगर किसी व्यक्ति के पास पैन कार्ड नहीं है तो वह एक दिन में ₹50000 से अधिक का लेन देन नहीं कर पाएगा अगर उसे व्यक्ति को ₹50000 से अधिक का लेनदेन करना है तो उसे बैंक में 7 दिन पहले अपना पैन कार्ड जमा कराना होगा उसके बाद वह 50,000 से अधिक पैसे जमा या निकाल सकता है अपने बैंक खाते से अगर कोई व्यक्ति 20 लाख रुपए से अधिक एक वित्तीय वर्ष में लेन-देन करता है तो उसे भी पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड अपने खाते से लिंक कराना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है
आवश्यक बातें जिन पर कैश डिपॉजिट करते समय ध्यान देना चाहिए
आयकर विभाग के कानून के हिसाब से अगर आप 2 लाख से अधिक का लेनदेन करते हैं तो इसका आपको आय का स्रोत दिखाना होगा नहीं तो इसके ऊपर आपको भारी जुर्माना भरना पड़ सकता है
सरकार के नियम के हिसाब से आप ₹200000 से अधिक का नगद स्वीकार नहीं कर सकते हो
स्वास्थ्य बीमा एलआईसी बीमा के लिए नगद भुगतान नहीं करना चाहिए इसके लिए आपको बैंक से भुगतान करना चाहिए जिसका आपको यह फायदा होगा कि आप उसे धारा 80 डी के तहत आपको छूट मिल सकती है

एटीएम से गेहूं-चावल (Wheat rice from ATM):- आप सब यह तो जानते ही होंगे की से पैसे निकाले जाते हैं: और आपने एटीएम से भी कड़कड़ाते नोट निकाले होंगे!
लेकिन क्या आपको पता हैं अब ATM से गेंहू-चावल भी निकलेगा. आपको यह बात सुनकर अजीब लगना और हैरान होना लाजमी है; लेकिन अब यह सच है लोगों को ये सुविधा मिलने जा रही हैं!
एटीएम से गेहूं-चावल (Wheat rice from ATM) एटीएम से नोट तो आपने निकाली होगी, लेकिन अब गेंहू-चावल निकलेगा, आपको यह बात सुनकर अजीब लगना और हैरान होना लाजमी है; लेकिन अब यह सच है लोगों को ये सुविधा मिलने जा रही हैं.
ATM-एटीएम मशीन के द्वारा अनाज मिलने की यह सुविधा ओडिशा में शुरू होने वाली है. ओडिशा राज्य सरकार बहोत जल्द ही; इस सुविधा के तहत सभी राशन दुकान पर एटीएम मशीन के द्वारा गेंहू-चावल यानी अनाज देने की व्यवस्था करने जा रही है! इस मशीन को Grain ATM मतलब अनाज (गेंहू-चावल) का एटीएम भी कहा जा रहा है.
कैसे काम करेगा यह ग्रेन एटीएम (Grain ATM)?
पहले राशन कार्ड धारक को इस Grain ATM मशीन में अपना या अपने राशन कार्ड मेम्बर का आधार कार्ड नंबर और उस राशन कार्ड पर अंकित कार्ड नंबर डालना हैं| इस प्रक्रिया को पुरा करते ही आपको ATM एटीएम से अनाज (गेंहू-चावल) मिल जाएगा. ओडिशा सरकार इस सुविधा को अभी पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तहत शुरू करने जा रही है; और इस योजना के द्वारा सबसे पहला ग्रेन एटीएम (Grain ATM) भुवनेश्वर में लगने जा रहा है|
भारत के सभी जिलों में चलेगी ये सुविधा?
ओडिशा खाद्य आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता कल्याण मंत्री अतनु सब्यसाची उन्होंने इस योजना के बारे में ओडिशा विधानसभा में पुरी जानकारी साझा की. आगे उन्होंने कहा कि ओडिशा राज्य में सभी हित धारकों को ग्रेन एटीएम – Grain ATM से राशन दिए जाने कीपुरी तैयारी की जा रही हैं!
इस योजना के तहत शुरुआती समय में ग्रेन एटीएम शहरी भागो में लगाए जाएंगे; वह पुरा होने के बाद सभी जिलों में यह खास ग्रेन एटीएम लगाने की शुरुआत की जायेंगी! साथ ही उसके अगले चरण में सभी जिलों के ग्रामीण विभाग में ग्रेन एटीएम लगाने की योजना बनाई गई हैं
विशेष कोड वाला कार्ड है जरूरी?
मंत्री अतनु सब्यसाची ने यह भी कहा कि ग्रेन एटीएम से राशन लेने के लिए कार्ड धारकों को एक विशेष कोड वाला कार्ड मुहैया कराया जाएगा उस विशेष कोड वाले कार्ड से ही ग्रेन एटीएम से राशन मिल पायेगा! और यह Grain ATM मशीन पूरी तरह से स्क्रीन टच से चलेगी. इस Grain ATM मशीन में बायोमेट्रिक सुविधा भी होगी मौजूद.
गुरुग्राम में लगाया पहला ग्रेन एटीएम?
देश में पहला ग्रेन एटीएम – Grain ATM मशीन हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम में लगाया गया हैं. पुरे विश्व खाद्य कार्यक्रम के द्वारा सरकार के तरफ से इस मशीन को ज्यादा बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा हैं; आपको बता दें कि इस ग्रेन एटीएम को तकनिकी भाषा में “ओटोमेटेड मल्टी कमोडिटी ग्रेन डिस्पेंसिंग मशीन” भी कहा जाता हैं!
तो यह लेख माध्यम से पुरी जानकारी पढने के बाद आपको यह पता चल गया होगा की यह योजना क्या हैं, किस तरह यह ग्रेन एटीएम – Grain ATM मशीन काम करेगा, इस मशीन का उपयोग कैसें किया जा सकता हैं!
Ration Card Update:- जो लोग शादीशुदा हैं वह राशन कार्ड में जल्द से जल्द करवा लें यह अपडेट, वरना उनको नहीं मिलेगा यह सरकारी फायदा, होगा बहोत भारी नुकसान
सभी राज्य सरकारों की तरफ से लोगों को उनकी सुविधा के लिये राशन कार्ड जारी किया जाता है! और राशन कार्ड के मदद से सरकार की तरफ से सामान्य लोगों को कम से कम कीमतों पर लोगों को योजना के अंतर्गत अनाज मुहैया करवाया जाता है, जिसके कारण लोगों को बाजार कीमत से कम से कम दाम पर सब्सिडी वाला अनाज प्राप्त होता है!
इससे गरीबी में जीवन बिता रहें तबके के लोगों को इसकी काफी मदद मिलती है, हालांकि कई बार ऐसा होता हैं की कुछ छोटी-छोटी गलतियों के वजह से राशन कार्ड से मिलने वाले फायदों से लोग कही लोग वंचित भी रह जाते हैं! लेकिन आपके साथ ऐसी कोई दिख्खत ना हो इसलिये ऐसे में यह जरूरी है कि आप समय पर आपके राशन कार्ड में जरूरी अपडेट करवा लिए जाए!
राशन कार्ड में करवा लें ये अपडेट
ऐसा होता है कि परिवार में लड़का शादी के उम्र का होता हैं तो, घर में लड़के की शादी हो जाती है और लड़के की नई-नवेली दुल्हन घर में आ जाती है, तो घर में खुशायों का मोहोल चलते रहता हैं हालांकि इन ही सभी के बीच लोग अपने घर में आए नए सदस्य का नाम राशन कार्ड में जोड़ने में देरी कर देते हैं!
और इस छोटी सी गलति के कारण घर के उस नए सदस्य के हिस्से का राशन उस परिवार को नहीं मिल पाता जिससे परिवार का महिने का राशन कम आता है, ऐसे समय में यह बेहद जरूरी होता है कि घर परिवार में आई एक नयें सदस्य का नाम भी जल्दी से जल्दी आपके राशन कार्ड में जुड़वा लिया जाए!
तो जैसे आप घर की बहू का नाम परिवार के राशन कार्ड में जुड़वा लेते हैं तो उसके हिस्से का राशन भी आप आपके परिवार के लिए फिर हासिल किया जा सकता है!
राशन कार्ड में नाम जुड़वाने के लिए देने होंगे दस्तावेज
राशन कार्ड में नये सदस्य का नाम जोड़ने (Ration Card Update) के लिए सभी राज्य सरकार के हिसाब से लोगों को कुछ जरूरी दस्तावेज भी साथ में उपलब्ध करवाने होंगे.
जैसे की
उस सदस्य का पुराने राशन कार्ड से नाम कटा हुआ स्लिप
इसलिये मेरा यह सुजावं हैं की शादीशुदा लोगों को उनके परिवार के राशन कार्ड में जल्द से जल्द ये नाम का अपडेट करवा लेना चाहिए.
यह काम करना भी जरूरी हैं
जैसे हमने अभी जाना की नवविवाहिता का नाम उसके माता-पिता के घर से यानी उसके पिछले घर के राशन कार्ड से कटवाना होगा जरुरी और नाम कटवाने का प्रमाण पत्र भी नये आवेदन के साथ जमा करना होगा. और साथ ही नए परिवार के घर में नवविवाहिता का नाम राशन कार्ड में जुड़वाने के लिए शादी का रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट भी जमा करना होता है!
