Important HSL Recruitment 2021 Educational Qualification and Experience
Assistant Manager (Civil):– Full-time degree in Civil/ Civil &Structural/ Structural Engineering discipline with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Safety):- Full-time degree in any branch of Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02 years full time post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (HR):- Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Legal):- Graduate with LLB or Degree in Law (5 years course). Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (VC-11184):- Full time BE/ B.Tech with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Ship Building / Electrical / Electronics. Minimum 02 years experience.
General Manager (HR):- Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks with 02 years full time post graduate degree / diploma experience.
General Manager (Finance):- Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks and Minimum 20 years post qualification experience.
Additional General Manager (HR):- Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks and 02 years relevant experience.
Manager (Commercial):- Full time Graduate with not less than 60% marks. Masters in Material Management (MMS) / MBA in Material management /OR/supply chain management with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.
Manager (Technical):- Full time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Naval Architecture disciplines. At least 09 years post qualification experience.
