Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Southern Region, Chennai invites online applications from eligible ITI passed candidates for engagement of following 493 Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act. 1961 at lOCL-Southern Region (Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana). Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 24 years as on 31st July 2019. The upper age relaxation 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC.

✅ Educational Qualifications:

✔️ For Trade Apprentices: Matric (10th class) pass with 02 years ITI in concerned trade / course.

✔️ For Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline with minimum 50% marks for General, OBC and 45% marks for SC, ST and PwBD category candidates.

✔️ For Trade Apprentice (DEO) (Fresher): Minimum 10th 12th Pass, but below Graduate.

✔️ For Trade Apprentice (DEO) (Skill Certificate Holder): Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.

✅ Selection Process:

✔️ Written Test (Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s) consisting of four options with one correct option)
✔️ Pre-engagement Medical Examination
